Recently, Milkyway completed the M&A of Shanghai Fucang Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Fucang) which marks the further enhancement of the company's main channel capacity for supply chain services in the field of daily chemical and fast moving consumer goods.
